Handling:
Before the first use and after the end of use, the menstrual cup must be sterilized. To do this, boil the cup in hot water for a few minutes.
The cup must be folded to insert it. To do this, press in the upper edge and fix it with one finger. Do not insert the cup too deeply afterwards. The cup opens in the body, creating a slight negative pressure to guarantee a perfect fit.
The cup must be removed again after a maximum of 12 hours. To do this, gently pull on the stem until you can gently squeeze the bottom of the cup to release the vacuum. Then empty the contents in the toilet, rinse the cup or clean with a cloth. The cup can then be reinserted.
