    Is the return free?

    If your delivery address is in Austria or Germany, returns and exchanges are free of charge.

    If you wish to return or exchange an item, please use the return slip included with your shipment. Please fill in the relevant information so we can process your return correctly.
    If we forgot to include a return slip with your package, you can download it here!

    You can create your own DPD return label using the following link:

    Enter your address, including your email address, on the page to receive the return label. Please drop off the prepaid package at your nearest DPD Pickup Shop.

    Alternative return methods are available, however, we do not cover the return shipping costs for these.

    Outside of Austria or Germany, unfortunately, we do not offer free return shipping.
    At contact@garymash.com you will receive a return slip from us. Please fill it out completely and enclose it with the return.

    How do I send something back?

    If something doesn't fit or you don't like, you can return it within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. For this, the parts must be unworn and packaged items in their original packaging.

    We have one request for you: Send our products back neatly packaged and in perfect condition. Remember that the next customer wants to receive the products just as nicely as you do. By doing this, you are helping us to maintain our high standards and being part of the GARY MASH world.

    And this is how it works:

    1. Fill out the return form and state the reason for the return. You can also place exchange requests. Exchange shipments are free of charge for you within Austria and to Germany!
    2. You can create your own DPD return label using the following link:

      Enter your address and email address on the page to receive the return label.
    3. Hand in your return, franked with the dpd label, in the nearest dpd parcel shop. Alternative types of return are possible, but we do not assume the return costs.

    If we forgot to include return documents in your package, please contact contact@garymash.com. We would be happy to send you the documents by email.

    Please note that we cannot accept unstamped parcels or parcels sent to the post office.

    Outside of Austria and Germany we are unfortunately not yet able to offer free returns.

    Can I exchange items?

    Exchange requests are very welcome.
    Exchange shipments are free of charge for orders from Austria and Germany.
    Make a note of the size you want on the return slip and send the item that you want to exchange back to us as usual along with your return.

    What should I do if I received a damaged item?

    Oh dear, we are sorry!
    Please do not send the article back immediately, but contact our customer service in advance at contact@garymash.com

    Tell us your order number and the damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged item. In this way we can assess whether a return makes sense or not.

    Of course we will promptly send you a new article!

    How long do I have to send things back?

    When is the refund made?

    We do that very quickly: As soon as your return has been booked, we will do everything we can to ensure that you get your money back as soon as possible. We usually arrange the refund within a maximum of 2 working days.

    COVID-19

    Unfortunately, we are currently forced to ask you - in the event that no DPD parcel shop is open in your area or accepts parcels - to cover the return costs yourself with an alternative parcel service.
    Please note that we cannot accept unstamped or freight forwarded parcels.

    The current situation is a challenge for all of us.
