If your order consists solely of greeting cards, we will ship them via Austrian Post. The flat shipping fee for this is € 1.90.

Your order must be received by us no later than 10:30 AM the day before delivery and completed via online payment (PayPal, instant bank transfer, credit card) or real-time bank transfer.

You want to buy a last-minute gift from us on December 23rd. To ensure your order is delivered by 12:00 PM on December 24th, your express order must be received by us no later than 10:30 AM on December 23rd.

Since our shipping partner is dpd, delivery to a DHL parcel station is not possible. If you have specified a DHL parcel station as your delivery address, your billing address will automatically be used as the delivery address.
Alternatively, you can have your order delivered to a dpd parcel shop. In this case, please enter the dpd parcel shop address as your delivery address, adding c/o First Name Last Name.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, tracking it is easy. You will automatically receive an email from our shipping partner. This email contains all the information about your shipment and allows you to customize the delivery date and more – or grant permission for the package to be left in a safe place.
